I reached out through the support channel…there is an option under the dropdown called “teacher voice.” I’m not quite sure what the big difference is between TV and regular support, however, I felt that they listened a lot more to my case, and offered more options for me. Remember, you can always reapply. You will have to use a different email address and start over, but if you love teaching ESL with VIPKID as much as I do, it’s worth it. Good Luck!
