Thank you for sharing your experience, Rebecca! I have seen a lot of complaints similar to your experiences. It’s too bad because they had good momentum during their recruitment period. I think all new companies go through growing pains, but there’s growing pains and then there is just bad business. I agree with you about VIPKID. They are always willing to work with their teachers on cancellation policies. They take their reputation very seriously and remain one of the most professional companies in my experience. I am happy to remain a teacher with them for the long haul!
